OUR SERVICES
We perform all in-house testing in both, operating and disassembled state according to BGR 500 – the abbreviation for “Berufsgenossenschaftliche Regeln”, which describes the safety guidelines of the employer’s liability insurance association. In order to ensure a production process without interruption, we provide components on loan or complete rotor units if required.
Service / Testing according to BGR 500
We perform all in-house testing in both, operating and disassembled state according to BGR 500. In detail, we offer:
- Vibration analysis and logging
- Wear inspection of screw conveyor and barrel
- Spare parts of maximum quality according to the manufacturer’s requirements
- Provisioning of all standard and special spare parts
- Provisioning of revised exchange gearboxes
- Procedural optimizations
- On-site repairs
Repairs of barrels and screw conveyors
First, an assessment will be carried out on-site. Together, we will evaluate the necessary steps and promptly make a complimentary offer. Repairs of barrels or screw conveyors usually take 3 to 4 weeks. We provide affordable loan components or entire rotor units, as long as you are not able to work without the decanter. If you detect damage on the gearbox early, we can carry out necessary repairs or corrective maintenance on-site. That would save money.
Consulting / Maintenance contracts
We are happy to advise you individual maintenance or maintenance contracts. As a part of maintenance contracts, we optimize the operating readiness and time of your systems. Such contracts or service agreements allow us to offer you an attractive price.
Instructions / individually or in groups
We will give you advice in all areas of process engineering. In this way, we ensure optimum operation, maintenance and repair of your decanter systems. We provide individual or group instructions.
Second-hand machines and spare parts
We offer preowned machines, spare parts, components and special spare parts, too. Needless to say, they correspond to the manufacturer’s requirements.
